How quickly can you perform a BOM audit?
A preliminary BOM risk assessment and cost-reduction audit can typically be completed within 1-2 weeks of receiving your design files. For complex systems, a deep-dive engineering review may take up to 4 weeks.
Can you design high-speed and RF PCBs?
Yes. We have extensive experience with high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe routing, DDR memory, 10G Ethernet) and RF/Microwave designs. We utilize advanced controlled impedance routing and specialized substrate materials to ensure optimal high-frequency performance.
What CAD tools do you use?
Our primary toolchain is Altium Designer. But we do support OrCAD/Allegro/Kicad/Eagle for enterprise client workflows.
Do you provide manufacturing support?
Absolutely, we provide services to manufacture initial alpha/beta prototypes and bring-up. We provide turnkey, end-to-end support in prototype manufacturing through our trusted third party PCB fabrication and & assembly partners in India. We can also communicate directly with your chosen contract manufacturer.
